This image came to me as I thought of the passage from the innocence of youth and childhood to the realities of adulthood. We leave the "candyland" and move into the adult landscape. Others have said they see it as passage from the realities of middle life into the golden years. The image is that seen by "looking over your shoulder!" Which do you see?
